  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to process, print, and package your order before it ships.
  • Drop Adjustments: During high-volume release windows or new collection drops, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we fulfill orders in the sequence they are received.
  • Note: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping options calculated directly at checkout based on your destination:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.
  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $100+.
Tracking information and estimated delivery windows will be sent directly to your email address as soon as your package leaves our facility.
3. Damaged or Lost Packages
Urban District Co. is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided to initiate a formal claim.
4. Address Changes
